Shipping Policy
All domestic orders placed through our website are dispatched within 0-7 days from the order date. Orders shall be shipped through our authorized delivery or logistical partner providing services in your city, state. Orders placed may include delivery charges based on the location, unless and until the Company expressly waives off the charges at its discretion.
Return Policy
Survedoo Online offers a 7 days replacement guarantee for all products sold on Eelika.com. Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect, or damage due to transportation, and is invalid in cases of damages due to normal wear & tear, incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product, and negligence on part of the customer.
Products may be returned/ exchanged only where the product delivered is different from the product ordered. As mentioned on every product page, we would not be liable for colour/ shade variations which could be caused due to different screen resolutions and/or brightness.
Also, there are some products on which return is not applicable and this will clearly be mentioned on the product description page.
Customers may notify us of any damage or defect within 7 days from the date of delivery, and the product will be picked up by our delivery partner for a free replacement. To ensure a seamless return for you, we are required to get the product condition checked before sending out the replacement unit. Hence, we need to acquire the defective/damage product before processing replacement or a refund. In case we do not have the same product in stock, we reserve the right to offer an alternate product. In case of a refund, the same would be processed back to the original mode of payment within 7 working days of us receiving the product.
The refund policy is not applicable for any consumable item which has been used or installed, products with tampered or missing serial numbers, any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty, and any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
Please ensure you pack the item(s) securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
Cancellation Policy
Until the order is shipped, you can cancel your order by contacting customer support. Once your order is shipped, we are unable to cancel your order. In case you do choose to cancel your order, cancellation charges may apply.
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, we would need a maximum of 5 business days to cancel the order and initiate the refund.
You have the option to request a refund back to the original mode of payment, in which case the money will be refunded back to the source from which you had originally paid. Please note that post our initiation of your refund, it may take upto 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by Eelika.com.
